Early start to the Lahti International Poster Triennial 2022

Lahti has the great privilege of being the European Green Capital 2021. To celebrate this honour, we decided to publish the environmental poster series of the Lahti International Poster Triennial in its entirety as an online exhibition before the opening of the poster triennial in connection with the opening ceremonies of the new Lahti Museum of Visual Arts Malva in the spring of 2022. The exhibition opens online on Monday, September 6, 2021 at

malvamuseo.fi/environmentalposters

All of the 150 environmentally themed posters from the online exhibition will also be seen in the poster triennial exhibition next year.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

The opening of the Lahti International Poster Triennial is postponed until summer 2022
Lahden kansainvälisen julistetriennalen avaaminen siirtyy kesään 2022

We still wish to follow the production´s original timetable and receive all the posters on paper by 30 April 2021.

LAHTI POSTER TRIENNIAL

21th INTERNATIONAL POSTER EXHIBITION IN FINLAND 2021

LAHDEN JULISTETRIENNALE

21. KANSAINVÄLINEN JULISTENÄYTTELY SUOMESSA 2021

The pieces for the Lahti International Poster Triennial exhibition have now been selected!

The yield from the registration, which closed in December, was yet again excellent. Some 2,500 posters from 51 different countries were registered. Scrutinising the posters was a pleasure, and the jury has now made its choices.

This year, we decided to increase the size of the environmental poster series from the previous years, because Lahti is the European Green Capital 2021. Naturally, Lahti Poster Museum celebrates this important year through posters!

A total of 350 posters were selected for the exhibition. Click here to download a complete list of the exhibition pieces.
